FAQ
1. This product must be used with a Hub that supports Zigbee 3.0. First, follow the manual to add the Hub to the App.
Use the included tool to open the Battery cover.
2. Open the App, tap the "+" icon in the upper-right corner of the home screen, go to the "Add Device" page, and select "Cube T1 Pro." 3. Select the Hub to connect to, follow the App instructions, then Press and hold the device reset button for 5 sec, and wait for the Hub to indicate successful connection.
Pick up the Cube and give it a firm shake, or press the reset button. If the Hub emits a confirmation tone, it indicates that the device and Hub are communicating effectively.
The Cube T1 Pro supports two control methods: "Action Mode" and "Scene Mode," both of which can be used normally.
After connecting to the network, different devices may initially display different modes. Users can freely switch between control modes in the device settings within the App. After switching, the device will operate according to the selected mode, without affecting functionality or control experience.
Go to the device home page, tap the "..." icon in the upper-right corner to enter the device settings page, tap "More Settings," tap "Mode Switching," and select the desired mode to switch.
Use the included tool to open the Battery cover of the Cube T1 Pro, remove the Battery, replace it with a new CR2450 Battery (ensure the positive side faces up), then close the Battery cover.
1. Flip 90°: Pick up the Cube and rotate it 90°
2. Flip 180°: Pick up the Cube and rotate it 180°
3. Knock: Pick up the Cube and tap it twice
4. Push gently: Lightly push the Cube on a flat surface
5. Rotate: Rotate the Cube on a flat surface
6. Shake: Pick up the Cube and quickly shake it back and forth twice
7. Triggered after one minute of stillness: The Cube is moved after remaining still for one minute
1. Face X of the Cube facing up: Flip the Cube so that face X (1–6 or any face) is facing upward
2. Shake: Pick up the Cube and quickly shake it back and forth twice
3. Pick up and hold: Pick up the Cube and keep it still
4. When face X of the Cube is facing up: Face X is currently facing upward
5. Triggered after one minute of stillness: The Cube is moved after remaining still for one minute
1. The device is too far from the Hub; try moving it closer to the Hub.
2. Wireless network disruption or other issues causing the Hub to go offline.
3. The Battery may be depleted; replace the Battery and retry.
Direct connection is not supported. First connect the Hub to your phone, then connect the Cube to the Hub.
